At Rainbow Ridge Adult Family Home (AFH) LLC, we believe every resident deserves to feel at home—safe, respected, and cared for with compassion. Located in the peaceful community of Mount Vernon, WA, we provide a warm, family-like environment where adults receive personalized support in a secure setting.

Licensed for up to six residents, we offer individualized attention and 24/7 care tailored to each person’s unique needs. Our home is led by Samuel, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over six years of caregiving experience, and Vangie, a Licensed Nurse with extensive clinical and administrative expertise.

We specialize in assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, nutritious home-cooked meals, and recreational activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being. Our approach emphasizes dignity, independence, and enhancing quality of life.

Medication Management

We provide safe, accurate, and timely medication management tailored to each resident’s care plan. Our trained staff, under nurse supervision, ensure proper dosage, scheduling, and administration while monitoring for side effects or changes in condition. We maintain detailed records, coordinate with healthcare providers, and communicate with families—giving residents the confidence and safety they deserve.

Housekeeping, laundry, and hygiene support

We maintain a clean, comfortable, and healthy living environment for all residents. Our staff handles daily housekeeping, including tidying rooms, dusting, and sanitizing common areas. We provide laundry services for clothing, bedding, and personal items, ensuring freshness and comfort. Personal hygiene support is offered with dignity and respect, helping residents feel confident, clean, and well-cared for at all times.

Recreational and therapeutic engagement
